AAA Williams Service offers preseason preventive maintenance checks on Heating and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC). The AAA Williams Service HVAC maintenance checks offer participating customers a number of advantages:
v Convenience of Prescheduled Seasonal Maintenance --
We will call you to schedule your seasonal maintenance check during a predetermined period.
No need for you to bother with remembering to call each season.

extended, a safe and healthy environment is provided for, the chance of breakdown is reduced,

Air Conditioning System Spring Preseason Maintenance Checks Include:
· Check filter condition, change if homeowner provides filter at time of maintenance inspection or clean
if washable type
· Blow dust from wall thermostat and check operation of same
· Check condition of cooling coil blower motor -- check bearings and shaft, fan blade, check motor windings
with megohmmeter, oil motor where applicable, blow dirt from motor with compressed air,
and check noise level
· Check compressor windings with an electronic megohmmeter for condition of internal motor windings &
compressor terminal connections
· Check refrigerant pressures by method of superheat or subcooling
· Electronically analyze all run & start capacitors for 10% + - specifications
· Check condition of contacts in all relays, contactors, timers, protectors, thermostats, & overloads; check
condition of wiring for same
· Check Air Conditioning System components amp draw
· Check disconnect box, wirewhip, & armaflex
· Check if condensing unit is level
· Check electrical connections
· Check condition of blower motor – check bearings & shaft, blower wheel, check motor windings with
megohmmeter, oil motor where applicable, oil blower bearings where applicable, blow dirt from motor with
compressed air & check noise level
· Check fuse condition & size
· Flush coil with low pressure wash
· Flush condensate hose
· Chemically clean evaporator coil where accessible through inspection cover
· Check air flow & temperature at register
· Shut off humidifier (where applicable)

· Oil all motors (where applicable)
· Check wall thermostat (heat mode)
· Check system cycle
· Check filter condition, change if homeowner provides filter at time of maintenance inspection or clean if
washable type
· Check humidifier & humidifier pads, check operation of same & set for winter (where applicable)
· Check air flow

· Check flue and/or venting
